Richfield was selected for its strategic location half way between Downtown Cleveland and Downtown Akron, with the benefit of being in Summit County. Close proximity to I-77 (the major North/South thoroughfare), I-271 (the outer highway ring around Cleveland), and the Ohio Turnpike (the major East/West thoroughfare across the state), provides access to all of Northeast Ohio. Richfield is a growing residential community with a large stock of executive housing and excellent schools.

Stonegate Corporate Park
Stonegate Corporate Park is comprised of six properties totaling more than 300,000 square feet of high quality office and warehouse space along Highlander Parkway in Richfield. Kinross Lakes Corporate Park
Kinross Lakes Corporate Park is comprised of two properties totalling over 175,000 square feet of Class A office space. Richfield Corporate Exchange, a 125,000 square foot property located at 4150 Kinross Lakes Parkway, was built in 2000 for Charles Schwab. Interlake Corporate Center, a 53,000 square foot property located at 4199 Kinross Lakes Parkway, was built in 1997 for Interlake Steamship Corporation.
