Rob Guld helps bring client’s dreams to reality. He handles the designs for site layouts, new buildings, and tenant suites, coordinating his drawings with civil, structural, mechanical and electrical engineers to ensure the project plans are ready to move into construction. Rob continually makes adjustments and field changes, taking direct feedback from CAM’s construction team and clients to help create the office or building of their dreams.

A Civil Engineering major at the University of Akron, Rob got his start by taking a co-op position at CAM in 1996. He was hired full-time after graduation and has stayed with CAM for the duration of his career. He attained his Professional Engineer licensure from the State of Ohio in 2003 and his LEED Accredited Professional credential in 2008.

Rob is driven by honesty, perseverance, and respect. He enjoys working at CAM because of the company’s family-oriented atmosphere. Their core values transcend the office walls, governing the way Rob and his colleagues work with clients.  As Rob says, “We’re in it for the long haul, building relationships that last.”

When he’s not in the office, Rob can be found spending time with his wife and two children, going to their children’s sporting events, working with his son’s Boy Scout troop, enjoying outdoor activities and family road trips.
